The construction process, regardless of the scope of the project, always begins with a site visit and a discussion with our clients. Although often working on a referral basis, we are pleased to provide references to our new clients, provide pictures or addresses of prior work, and discuss how the job will be handled from beginning to end, including the warranty period. We take the time to answer questions, ensuring that our clients are comfortable knowing that their project is in able hands.

Budget and time frame are a part of the process and cost estimations are a frequently obliged request. It is not, however, until a formal blueprint or written scope is in place that the final cost can be provided. Be it an entire set of architectural drawings or the selection of a specific material to be used, a formalized plan or blueprint is the road map for success.

Communication is an important part of the process to create a clear understanding of the project's scope and the financial terms.
